Edit your White Pages information
To edit your display name as it appears in the White Pages, E-mail, and the MyPace Portal, use the Display Name Editor.
To edit all other information listed below, use the Profile Editor.
When you click either of these links, you will be asked to sign in using your MyPace username and password.
What can be edited using the profile editor?
You can edit the following fields by clicking the "Edit Your Information" link above:
- Secondary Campus
- Primary/Secondary Building and Room Number
- Cell Phone
- Alternate Cell Phone(s)
- Fax Number
- Alternate Fax Number(s)
- Homepage and web links
- A personal picture
- Notes/Biography*
* Any words in this field will be included in a "Full Text Search". To provide additional search information (such as a preferred name), enter that information into this field.
Students:
- For questions regarding your name, school, or major that is listed here, see your academic advisor or the Office of Student Assistance (OSA).
Staff/Faculty:
- The "Campus Phone" number field is kept in an internal phone system database.
- All other information not listed above (Division, Department, Job Title, etc.) is updated directly from Banner.
- If any of this information is inaccurate, please enter a request online at the DoIT Helpdesk.

Search Limitations
A maximum of 50 results will be returned performing a normal search. A "Full Text Search" will only return the first 10 results. Including students in the search will limit results to 4 and 2 for normal and full text searches, respectively.
To increase the search limit, you must be on-campus or connected via VPN, and you must authenticate using your MyPace username and password.
